Natalie - CEO & Founder
Natalie has over 25 years of experience in international marketing, communications, business management and strategy across multiple industries, with the last 15 of those years spent in living in Asia.
In 2015 she followed her passion in health and fitness and founded a highly successful digital community focusing on wellness in Asia. Knowing there were even more opportunities to make a positive impact on people’s lives, The Daily Escape was launched to bring a unique global approach to delivering online content, tools and information and reaches over 300,000 readers a month.
As a Reebok brand athlete, she leads by example and is one of Asia's top Obstacle Course racers, a 2 x Spartan Race World Championship elite racer, a regular podium placed runner and is Asian CrossFit champion in her age group.
Natalie is also a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Trainer and has certifications as a Training For Warriors coach and in Sports Nutrition. She is passionate about the fitness programs she personally develops, and is an Ambassador for Fitness First, and TripleFit, as well as being a regular guest speaker and trainer at both corporate and public events.

Evigan - Deputy Editor
Evigan is an avid barbell warrior who wants nothing more than to share the benefits of old-school strength training with the rest of the world, while using his expertise as a public relations and journalism graduate as his chosen medium.
With interests in powerlifting, weightlifting and strongman, he combines in-the-trenches experience with practical approaches to provide training advice that is both simple and effective, and advocates a performance-driven approach to nutrition.
Evigan believes in movement as medicine, and can be found training at his favourite gym, TripleFit, on most afternoons.
In his free time, he can also be found horsing around with his two dogs – Bensha and Kenji – or fussing over his next training programme which due to his OCD-like tendencies, can be quite fun to watch.
Jo - Style Expert
Jo Lorenz is a stylist and writer, who splits her time between Sydney, Australia, and Hong Kong. She creates unique, compelling, original digital content for her clients - including InterContinental Resorts, Moët & Chandon, HBO, Williams Sonoma, Etsy and Myer Australia - to use on their social media platforms, and on her website and Instagram.
As well as her client work, Jo works with some of Asia’s top editorial publications - including Elle Decor, Hong Kong Tatler, #Legend + Malaysia Tatler - as a freelance fashion, food and interiors stylist.
Jo began her career as a journalist in her hometown of Sydney, where she gained experience with Harper's Bazaar Australia and the Seven Network. Shortly thereafter, Jo moved into the professional services world, where she spent 15 years working as a marketing creative.
Aaron - Sports Scientist
Aaron’s number one passion is helping people make exercise a part of their lives. He started his career as a fitness coach over 22 years ago, and holds a Bachelor of Science (exercise and sport), is a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) as well as various other fitness qualifications.
He has deep experience in the health and fitness industry having worked for several major fitness companies where he has assumed various roles from setting up commercial scale gyms, managing membership sales, driving personal training teams and overseeing centre operations.
Since 2005 Aaron has owned International Fitness Consultants (IFC) where he runs a trainer mentor program, provides quality assurance to all fitness programs, and works with global multinational companies on corporate wellness and daily health and fitness with everyone from factory workers to high level executives.
IFC currently employs a local and international team of Sports Scientists, Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists and Personal Trainers to provide health and wellness services to individuals, sporting teams and companies.
Roxanne - Yoga Guru
Roxanne is a full-time yoga instructor at Pure Yoga, with a passion for making yoga accessible for everyone, including people who do not have the luxury to practice in dedicated studios. This is reflected in the thousands of followers that subscribe to her regular yoga tutorials that cater for beginners through to intermediate level, and for people with different needs. Roxanne believes ultimately the goal of yoga is to help people feel good by keeping their bodies healthy.

Winfried Sitte - Mindfulness Educator. Speaker. Musician
Winfried is a highly regarded Speaker, Life and Mindfulness Coach, Designer and Musician.
His passion is helping restore clarity of purpose and positive self-awareness to those who are experiencing burnout and stagnation.
Born in Venezuela, he has lived in Austria, Sweden and now resides in Brisbane, Australia with his soul-mate and their two children. After a 20+year career as an Architect, he moved into tertiary education, and then in 2015 launched his coaching practice, the Zen Mind Life Centre. Throughout his life he has always maintained his commitment to daily meditation and exercise. He is also a performing musician.
