We recognize the importance of your personal data and believe that it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect and process your personal data.  This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information (including any sensitive information, such as health information).  In particular, it details how we collectusedisclosestore and enable you to access your personal information.
