Here is a quick fix to get you back focused and increase your energy levels.  This smoothie packs loads of powerful antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin A, sulphur and iron. Great for detoxing your system, feeling refreshed and vital at any time of the day.

 

1 cup fresh coconut water

1 cup chopped kale leaves (stems removed) or any of your preferred greens (spinach, collard or Asian greens)

1 cup cubed mango

¼ cup chopped fresh mint

1 small lime (juice it before hand)
