“Cheese” and “vegan” often seem impossibly incompatible, and we understand how frustrating this problem can be for many cheese-lovers who follow plant-based diets. Cheese adds a unique taste and texture to dishes, one which cannot be replaced easily. Thankfully, you no longer need to be frustrated as we have some easy-to-make, cheesy vegan recipes that will quell that appetite sooner than you can say “mozzarella”!

  3. Slowly add in the extra virgin oil into the mixture in 1, then add some salt and pepper for flavour.
  4. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza crust and add mozzarella and tomatoes over it.
  5. Place the pizza back over the pizza stone and remove when the crust turns golden brown.
