By having just a few natural ingredients, a product which is otherwise filled with synthetic fillers, fragrances and dyes can be labelled as one that "contains natural ingredients". Also, the presence of natural ingredients does not exclude the possibility that processing involved some use of synthetic chemicals.
In short, the product’s integrity depends on whether its ingredients concentration and effectiveness are backed by trusted clinical studies and third-party clinical tests, not from your own perception of what may be the best for your skin. Read up on the ingredients used by your favourite skin care brands as well as other reputable brands before trying them out and committing to it. Going by first-hand reviews is also a good way to go, but make sure that they’re not sponsored posts to begin with!
