We ask her what manages to motivate her at 45 years old, the secrets to looking so good and her favourite things that get her through the day.

Morning or evening workout?

Early morning – that way I know I have done something in case the day gets crazy.  I’ll also try and squeeze in another workout if I can at lunch time.

Can’t live without item you carry everywhere

My water bottle – usually a Swell one.

Go to workout

A run – all you need are your running shoes and if you’re travelling it’s a great way to explore somewhere.

Coffee or tea?

Coffee 100% - black with a dash of almond milk.  And then I do brew my own herbal tea that I drink iced.

The key to your success has been

Always being genuine.  Who you see on social media is the same person you meet in real life.

When you’re feeling unmotivated to work out you

Countdown from 5 to 1 and just suck it up and do it.

Your current favourite meal

The Vege Wonderland breakfast at Common Man Coffee Roasters in Singapore.

On a typical Sunday you are

Going for a long run early in the morning, having breakfast with my family, watching my daughter play sport and then catching up on work that night in front of the television.

Your approach to nutrition is

Intermittent fasting as it works for me – 8 hours on (8am to 4pm) and 16 hours fasting.

Your indulgence is

A massage or reflexology.

Book or Kindle?

Definitely a book, I am old school and like to turn pages.  But I am also partial to listening to a podcast regularly too – the Tim Ferriss interviews are great.

Your favourite healthy go-to snack is

A Rumbles Paleo Bars.

Best wellness vacation spot

It would be hard to top Chiva-Som in Thailand – the food, service and overall experience is amazing

Your favourite fitness brands include

Reebok and Polar watches.

A good piece of advice that has stuck with you

Make your goal 10x higher than you think you are capable of reaching – this can be applicable to life in general, getting fit, business – if you don’t aim high you will never know if you can get there.
